Non-Circular Signal DOA Estimation with Nested Array via Off-Grid Sparse Bayesian Learning

open access: yesSensors, 2023
For the traditional uniform linear array (ULA) direction of arrival (DOA) estimation method with a limited array aperture, a non-circular signal off-grid sparse Bayesian DOA estimation method based on nested arrays is proposed.

Direction‐of‐arrival estimation based on difference‐sum co‐array of a special coprime array

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2023
Abstract Coprime array can provide high degrees of freedom by using difference–sum co‐array under the same physical sensors, and can estimate the source under uncertain conditions. A special coprime array structure is proposed in this paper. Its difference–sum co‐array can improve the degrees of freedom.

Systolic array for the quotient difference algorithm [PDF]

open access: yes, 1988
The authors consider the problem of producing all the roots of a polynomial p(x)=a0xn+a1xn-1+. . .+an (where all the roots are distinct) by an iterative systolic array.

Comparative Evaluation of Hemodiafiltration, Hemoperfusion, and Standard Hemodialysis on Efficacy, Inflammatory Control, Dialysis Adequacy, and Safety in End‐Stage Renal Disease: A Prospective Observational Study

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Chronic micro‐inflammation in patients with end‐stage renal disease (ESRD) is a significant driver of cardiovascular complications and diminished quality of life. While standard hemodialysis (SHD) effectively manages small‐molecule clearance, its ability to remove medium‐to‐large uremic toxins—the primary catalysts of systemic ...

Coprime Array Based Direct Position Determination of Signals with Single Moving Observation

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2022
Signal Direct Position Determination (DPD) is a novel passive localization technology, which shows superior performance in terms of low signal noise rate adaptability and no parameter association necessity.

A phased array-based method for damage detection and localization in thin plates [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
A method for damage localization based on the phased array idea has been developed. Four arrays oftransducers are used to perform a beam-forming procedure.

Enteropathogenic E. coli shows delayed attachment and host response in human jejunum organoid‐derived monolayers compared to HeLa cells

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

Direction of Arrival and Polarization Estimation for Nested Polarization Sensitive Array

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
This paper presents a new polarization sensitive array composed of a two-level nested subarray and an optimally nested subarray with orthogonal oriented antennas, and then proposes a correlation matrix reconstruction based estimation method for direction

A Sliding Window Data Compression Method for Spatial-Time DOA Estimation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2021
This paper presents a sliding window data compression method for spatial-time direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation using coprime array. The signal model is firstly formulated by jointly using the temporal and spatial information of the impinging sources.

DOA-based Weighted Spatial Filter Design for Sum and Difference Composite Co-Array

open access: yes2019 26th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS), 2019
This paper presents a weighted spatial filter (WSF) design method based on direction of arrival (DOA) estimation for sum and difference composite co-array. We have developed a novel array configuration “sum and difference composite co-array” which is based on the combination of sum and difference co-arrays.
