We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Reversible Data Hiding Based on Block Truncation Coding Using Difference Expansion
[[abstract]]In this thesis, we propose a reversible data hiding scheme based on Block Truncation Coding (BTC). In our proposed methods, we apply Difference Expansion Method to hiding secret data in reconstruction pixels of BTC codes.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Symbolic computation of exact solutions for fractional differential-difference equation models
The aim of the present study is to extend the G'/G-expansion method to fractional differential-difference equations of rational type. Particular time-fractional models are considered to show the strength of the method.

Asymptotic expansion of the difference of two Mahler measures
TextWe show that for almost every polynomial P(x,y) with complex coefficients, the difference of the logarithmic Mahler measures of P(x,y) and P(x,xn) can be expanded in a type of formal series similar to an asymptotic power series expansion in powers of

Some fast finite-difference solvers for two-dimensional evolutionary equations on special domains [PDF]
summary:The author proves the existence of the asymptotic error expansion to the Peaceman-Rachford finite-difference scheme for the first boundary value problem of the two-dimensional evolationary equation on the so-called uniform and nearly uniform ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
