One dimensional fractional frequency Fourier transform by inverse difference operator
This article aims to develop fractional order convolution theory to bring forth innovative methods for generating fractional Fourier transforms by having recourse to solutions for fractional difference equations.

ABSTRACT Background Therapeutic apheresis (TA) is an established treatment modality for hematologic, neurologic, and immunologic disorders, yet access remains severely limited in sub‐Saharan Africa. Donor apheresis, including platelet apheresis collection from healthy donors, represents an important complementary modality supporting blood product ...

Coefficient stability of operator‐difference schemes with time variable operators
The problem of the coefficient stability for operator‐ difference schemes with variable operator is investigated. A priori coordinated estimates in the L 2‐norm are obtained for differential‐operator equations and operator‐difference schemes.

ABSTRACT Background Establishing a comprehensive apheresis medicine program in a resource‐constrained setting presents significant structural, financial, and logistical challenges. Despite the growing clinical importance of apheresis services globally, published experience from sub‐Saharan Africa remains sparse.

ABSTRACT Background Maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients frequently suffer from frailty, characterized by reduced physical function and poor prognosis. Myokines, such as myonectin, secreted by muscle, are emerging regulators of systemic health. This study investigated the relationship between serum myonectin, adipokines (adiponectin, omentin), and ...

Certain properties of difference operator and stability of Fréchet functional equation
Let M be a commutative monoid, and let B be a Banach space. We give a new recursive method to obtain a Gǎvruţa-type stability result for the functional equation Δ y n + 1 f ( x ) : = ∑ k = 0 n + 1 ( − 1 ) n + 1 + k ( n + 1 k ) f ( x + k y ) = 0 via ...

Representing and Operating with Model Differences [PDF]
Models and metamodels play a cornerstone role in Model-Driven Software Development (MDSD). Models conform to metamodels, which usually specify domain-specific languages that allow to represent the various facets of a system in terms of models. This paper discusses the problem of calculating differences between models conforming to arbitrary metamodels,

ABSTRACT Introduction Peritoneal dialysis (PD) is an established home‐based kidney replacement therapy (KRT), but its uptake remains low in Japan. We evaluated whether individualized education in a dedicated outpatient clinic was associated with the initiation of PD.

Univalent Functions Formulated by the Salagean-Difference Operator
We present a class of univalent functions Tm(κ, α) formulated by a new differential-difference operator in the open unit disk. The operator is a generalization of the well known Salagean’s differential operator.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
