Artificial intelligence‐powered microscopy: Transforming the landscape of parasitology
Abstract Microscopy and image analysis play a vital role in parasitology research; they are critical for identifying parasitic organisms and elucidating their complex life cycles. Despite major advancements in imaging and analysis, several challenges remain. These include the integration of interdisciplinary data; information derived from various model

Abstract We present the analytical solution to the diffraction integral that describes the Rayleigh length for a focused Gaussian beam with any value of a spherical truncating aperture. This exact solution is in precise agreement with numerical calculations for the light distribution in the near focal area.

Tensor Changepoint Detection and Eigenbootstrap
ABSTRACT Tensor data consisting of multivariate outcomes over the items and across the subjects with longitudinal and cross‐sectional dependence are considered. A completely distribution‐free and tweaking‐parameter‐free detection procedure for changepoints at different locations is designed, which does not require training data.

Summary Formation of an aqueous continuum from the leaf surface to the sub‐stomatal cavity is a key process, affecting the foliar entry of solutes, particles, and pathogens. However, the factors controlling the transition from a water droplet to the formation of a continuous water film remain poorly understood.
