Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

Current-mode differential capacitance to voltage converter for position sensing [PDF]
We present a second generation current conveyor (CCII) based electronic interface for differential capacitive sensors. The sensor interface performs a capacitance-to-voltage conversion and has been designed in a discrete board as well as in an integrated

Differentiating circuits with nonlinear resistance and capacitance
An RC differentiating network is described in which both elements are nonlinear. The new network is compared with circuits in which the capacitative element only is nonlinear, and some improvements in its pulse-shaping properties are demonstrated.

Scandium (Sc)‐doped AlCoCrFeMo HEA coatings are fabricated via flame spraying with 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt% Sc additions. Among these, the HEA‐Sc0.3 coating exhibits the highest corrosion resistance, indicated by a more positive corrosion potential and lower current density.

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...

Fully differential electro-mechanical phase locked loop sensor circuit [PDF]
Embedding a micro-machined sensing element in a closed loop, force feedback system is a technique commonly used to realise high performance MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) sensors due to the advantages of better linearity, increased dynamic range

Enhancing Bubble Removal in Geometry‐Optimized Electrodes
3D‐printed lattice electrodes outperform stochastic foams in alkaline water electrolysis despite 20%–25% lower surface area. Straight flow channels generate Venturi‐like bubble entrainment, suppressing gas accumulation that renders foam interiors electrochemically inactive.

A micromachined zipping variable capacitor [PDF]
Micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) have become ubiquitous in recent years and are found in a wide range of consumer products. At present, MEMS technology for radio-frequency (RF) applications is maturing steadily, and significant improvements have ...
