ABSTRACT Aegilops geniculata Roth is a tetraploid (MgMgUgUg; 2n = 4x = 28) wild relative of wheat and a valuable source of genetic diversity for improving agronomic traits. We present a high‐quality homoeolog‐resolved assembly and annotation of the Ae.

Komputasi TEC Ionosfer Mendekati Real Time Dari Data GPS [PDF]

The Real‐Time Advanced Ionospheric Data Assimilation (AIDA) Model
Abstract The Advanced Ionospheric Data Assimilation (AIDA) is a real‐time data assimilation model of global 3D ionosphere and plasmasphere electron density. Changes in the local space environment can occur on very short timescales, particularly during disturbed geomagnetic conditions.

Identification and selection rules of the spin-wave eigen-modes in a normally magnetized nano-pillar [PDF]
We report on a spectroscopic study of the spin-wave eigen-modes inside an individual normally magnetized two layers circular nano-pillar (Permalloy$|$Copper$|$Permalloy) by means of a Magnetic Resonance Force Microscope (MRFM).

A Novel Robust High‐Precision Ionospheric Delay Modeling for PPP‐RTK Using Crowdsourced Data
Abstract The performance of PPP‐RTK is critically dependent on the quality of ionospheric corrections derived from a reference network. While the proliferation of mass‐market Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) devices offers a promising crowdsourcing opportunity to densify or replace this infrastructure, it introduces the formidable challenge of

Estimation of Signal Distortion Bias Using Geometry-Free Linear Combinations
Signal distortion bias (SDB) in Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data processing, defined as the time difference between the distorted chip and the ideal rectangular chip, leads to systematic biases in pseudoranges, affecting satellite and ...

Predicting Immunotherapy Outcomes in NSCLC Using RNA and Pathology from Multicenter Clinical Trials
LIRA, a machine learning‐based model, is developed using transcriptomic data from 891 NSCLC patients in the OAK and POPLAR cohorts. Its predictive performance is validated in multiple external cohorts. Patients stratified by LIRA‐score exhibit distinct clinical characteristics and tumor microenvironment profiles.

ABSTRACT Background The treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions (CBL) remains complex and associated with a higher rate of long‐term adverse cardiovascular events due to anatomical and procedural complexity. Aims We compared procedural outcomes between a drug coated balloon (DCB) only approach and a 2nd generation drug eluting stent (DES) for ...
