Existence of solutions to differential inclusions with fractional order and impulses
We establish sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions for a class of initial value problem for impulsive fractional differential inclusions involving the Caputo fractional derivative.

Existence result for differential inclusion with p(x)-Laplacian [PDF]
In this paper we study the nonlinear elliptic problem with p(x)-Laplacian (hemivariational inequality). We prove the existence of a nontrivial solution.

The Euler equations as a differential inclusion [PDF]
We propose a new point of view on weak solutions of the Euler equations, describing the motion of an ideal incompressible fluid in R n with n 2. We give a reformulation of the Euler equations as a differential inclusion, and in this way we obtain ...

Parent‐to‐Child Information Disclosure in Pediatric Oncology
ABSTRACT Background Despite professional consensus regarding the importance of open communication with pediatric cancer patients about their disease, actual practice patterns of disclosure are understudied. Extant literature suggests a significant proportion of children are not told about their diagnosis/prognosis, which is purported to negatively ...

Abstract Introduction The TEDDI trial tested the feasibility and reproducibility of deep‐inspiration breath‐hold (DIBH) in pediatric patients referred for radiotherapy. This report presents final results, including patient‐reported outcomes (PRO) and dosimetric comparison of DIBH and free‐breathing (FB).

Introduction Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is a symptom of borderline personality disorder (BPD). However, NSSI often occurs independently of BPD. Altered neural processing of social exclusion has been shown in adolescents with NSSI and adults with BPD

ABSTRACT Background Cyclophosphamide (CY) is associated with potentially fatal cardiotoxicity, yet no electrocardiographic indices have been established for early detection of CY‐induced cardiomyopathy. This study aimed to determine whether corrected QT interval (QTc) prolongation can predict early onset of CY‐related cardiac dysfunction in pediatric ...

Existence of solutions to differential inclusions with primal lower nice functions
We prove the existence of absolutely continuous solutions to the differential inclusion $$ \dot{x}(t)\in F(x(t))+h(t,x(t)), $$ where F is an upper semi-continuous set-valued function with compact values such that $F(x(t))\subset \partial f(x(t ...

ABSTRACT Objectives To identify predictors of chronic ITP (cITP) and to develop a model based on several machine learning (ML) methods to estimate the individual risk of chronicity at the timepoint of diagnosis. Methods We analyzed a longitudinal cohort of 944 children enrolled in the Intercontinental Cooperative immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) Study ...
