Abstract Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and related techniques are examined. The proposed treatment is valid for any pulse method performed at stationary plane or spherical electrodes in the case of simple reversible reactions with both redox forms soluble in solution.

Determination of promethazine by anodic differential-pulse voltammetry
Analytica Chimica Acta, 1984Abstract A differential-pulse voltammetric method is described for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride. The method is based on the anodic oxidation of promethazine on a glassy carbon electrode at + 0.64 V vs. SCE in Prideaux buffer of pH 2.3.

Anodic Stripping Differential Alternative Pulses Voltammetry and Applications
ECS Transactions, 2008A modification of the voltammetric technique Differential Alternative Pulses Voltammetry (DAPV) reported by the authors earlier (1) is presented. The potential-time waveform and the signal processing algorithm were properly modified allowing the performance of the DAPV in anodic stripping mode (ASDAPV).

Internal standards in differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry
Canadian Journal of Chemistry, 1991The use of lead and cadmium as internal standards for each other in anodic stripping analysis was investigated. Although accuracy was not affected, precision was significantly improved. The surface active agents Triton-X 100 and starch affected the sensitivity of the anodic stripping procedure for lead and cadmium, leading to error if a calibration ...

Subtractive differential pulse voltammetry following adsorptive accumulation of organic compounds
Talanta, 1983Subtractive differential pulse voltammetry following adsorptive preconcentration of organic compounds at solid electrodes is described. Different preconcentration periods are used, and the difference between the oxidation (stripping) currents is recorded. Background currents which are independent of the preconcentration period cancel out. Combining the

Direct Determination of Acetaminophen in Plasma by Differential Pulse Voltammetry
Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1978A rapid, simple method for the direct determination of acetaminophen in plasma at toxic levels was developed. The method is based on the oxidation of the phenolic moiety of acetaminophen at a carbon paste electrode in a differential pulse voltammetric mode. Linear calibration curves are obtained from 20 to 400 microgram/ml.

Determination of gallium traces by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry
Fresenius' Zeitschrift für analytische Chemie, 1988The determination of gallium traces is carried out on the hanging drop mercury electrode in solutions of low ionic strength and in absence of complexing agents. At pH=3.2, where stable solutions are obtained, concentrations of 0.2 μg Ga l−1 are determinated with a standard deviation of 0.96% and a detection limit of 4 ng Ga l−1.

Abstract In the literature many different TAP assays are described. They use various analytical methods. However, it seems that natural methods of investigation of the redox reactions are electroanalytical techniques. Indeed, TAP has been already estimated potentiometrically and voltammetrically.

Theory of differential pulse voltammetry at stationary planar electrodes
Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry and Interfacial Electrochemistry, 1984Abstract Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at stationary solid electrodes has the characteristic that the current after any given potential step is affected by all the preceding steps since the beginning of an entire sequence of potential, changes applies to one and the same electrode.

Determination of cobalt by catalytic-adsorptive differential pulse voltammetry
Analytica Chimica Acta, 1996Abstract A novel method is described for the determination of cobalt(II) by differential pulse voltammetry, based on accumulation of a cobalt complex, [CoSCNNO] + , on a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by measurement of the catalytic current of the adsorbed complex. The effects of various experimental parameters on the catalytic current were
