Differential Spatial Modulation With Gray Coded Antenna Activation Order
In this letter, we propose a gray code order of antenna index permutations for differential spatial modulation (DSM). To facilitate the implementation, the well-known Trotter–Johnson ranking and unranking algorithms are adopted, which result in similar computational complexity to the existing DSM that uses the lexicographic order.

Ultrafast dynamic stark shift of an exciton-polariton condensate [PDF]
Time-dependent spatial modulation of a quantum condensate plays a key role in the investigation of the dynamics of collective coherent systems. Cold-atom condensates were already manipulated into forming solitons, vortices and optical lattices via the ...

Secure Cognitive MIMO Wiretap Networks With Different Antenna Transmission Schemes
This paper investigates a secure transmission in the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) cognitive wiretap networks, where a secondary transmitter (Alice) sends data to a secondary receiver (Bob) in the presence of an eavesdropper (Eve).

A Differential Modulation Scheme for Metasurface-Based Terahertz Communications
Metasurface-based terahertz (THz) modulators, which carry information by changing the spatial pattern of the metasurface at every symbol time, are an important component to establish low-cost low-energy–consuming THz communication systems.

Minocycline differentially modulates human spatial memory systems [PDF]
AbstractMicroglia play a critical role in many processes fundamental to learning and memory in health and are implicated in Alzheimer’s pathogenesis. Minocycline, a centrally-penetrant tetracycline antibiotic, inhibits microglial activation and enhances long-term potentiation, synaptic plasticity, neurogenesis and hippocampal-dependent spatial memory ...

Unified Differential Spatial Modulation
This letter proposes a unified differential spatial modulation (DSM) architecture, where a flexible rate-diversity tradeoff is achieved, while enabling a simple single-RF transmitter structure along with non-coherent detection that dispenses with channel estimation at the receiver.
