The differential Fourier transform method

Summary: We suggest the two new discrete differential sine and cosine Fourier transforms of a complex vector which are based on solving by a finite difference scheme the inhomogeneous harmonic differential equations of the first order with complex coefficients and of the second order with real coefficients, respectively.

Differential Transformation Method

In this chapter, a new linearization procedure based on Differential Transformation Method (DTM) will be presented. The procedure begins with solving nonlinear differential equation by DTM. The effectiveness of the procedure is verified using a heat transfer nonlinear equation. The simulation result shows the significance of the proposed technique.

Reduced differential transform method for improved Boussinesq equation

In this paper, the approximate solution of improved Boussinesq equation was found through reduced differential transform method. The equation has been used in many mathematical, engineering problems and mathematical physics. It is known a complicated and time-consuming solution. These problems were overcome by RDTM.

Summary: In this paper, the reduced differential transform method is presented for the solutions of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. This method, which does not require any symbolic computation, provides an iterative procedure for obtaining analytic and approximate solutions of differential equations.
