Photonic Annealing of Inkjet Printed Graphene for Stretchable Wearable Healthcare Monitoring Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Photonic annealing of inkjet printed graphene is used to produce sensing devices on flexible and stretchable substrates, of interest for flexible and healthcare electronics. Sensitivity to environmental and chemical stimuli, reaching temperature response of ≈0.096 %°C⁻¹, and acetone vapor sensing at physiologically‐relevant concentrations (0.2 ppm ...

FLIP: Transforming Consumer Projectors into Maskless Microscale Photopatterning Tools via Fresnel Lens Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A low‐cost, maskless visible light photopatterning system has been developed by combining a consumer‐grade projector with a single Fresnel lens, generating the Fresnel Lens Integrated Projector (FLIP) system. FLIP enables flexible photopatterning of solid and gel films with features down to 30 µm and 135 µm, respectively.

A Multi‐Resonant Tunable Fabry‐Pérot Cavity for High Throughput Spectral Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, Volume 13, Issue 8, March 13, 2025.
This study introduces a multi‐resonant tunable Fabry‐Pérot filter for high throughput spectral imaging. With a spectral resolution of 10 nm and a switching time of 23 ms, this compact and low‐cost device possesses better spectral imaging accuracy in poor light conditions while maintaining over six times higher optical throughput than standard liquid ...
