Diffusion of protons in the outer radiation belt
Journal of Geophysical Research, 1965Recent observations by DAVIS and WILLIAMSON (1963) and DAVIS etal. (1964) in the L = 2 to 8 earth radii region of the outer radiation belt confirm the existence of large fluxes of 0.1 to 10 MeV protons. Except for the more energetic protons beyond L = 5, the intensities appear to be very stable over times of the order of years.

Diffusive radiation in the infrared region
Laser Physics Letters, 2016Diffusive radiation generated when a charged particle crosses a disordered stack of plates in the infrared region is considered. The main mechanism causing radiation is multiple scattering of electromagnetic field that is more effective in a medium with near to zero average dielectric permittivity.

On Radiation Diffusion and the Rapidity of Escape of Resonance Radiation from a Gas
Physical Review, 1932The radiation diffusion process is considered from the standpoint of the free paths of the diffusing resonance quanta as influenced by the Doppler and other line broadening effects. Abnormally long free paths are found to be of such importance as to enable resonance radiation to escape from a body of gas faster than has usually been supposed.
