Chitin‐Derived Carbon‐Metal Functional Materials

Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.We present a scalable EC/TC hybrid smart window using a DCPE that enables tunable solar modulation (ΔTsol:15–43%), fast electrochromic switching (<90 s), and strong thermal blocking (10–14°C reduction). Sky‐Directional Radiative Cooling Meta‐Films for Daylighting Windows
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.A geometry‐mediated microprism meta‐film enables transparent, sky‐directional radiative cooling for daylighting windows. By decoupling control of visible transmittance from mid‐infrared emissivity, ground‐emitted heat absorption is suppressed while skyward heat dissipation is enhanced.
