The Cauchy problem for a linear second order parabolic equation with 1-periodic measurable coefficients is considered Rd, d ≥ 2. The problem models diffusion in a nonhomogeneous periodic medium. The appropriate diffusion operator A is self-adjoint in L2 (

On Some Spectral Problems for Diffusion Operator
In this study, we attain several spectral results for Diffusion operator. In particular, the solution functions belong to Paley-Wiener space: P W π = f e n t i r e , f μ ≤ C e π Im μ , ∫ R f μ 2 d μ <

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Wavelet Diffusion Neural Operator
Simulating and controlling physical systems described by partial differential equations (PDEs) are crucial tasks across science and engineering. Recently, diffusion generative models have emerged as a competitive class of methods for these tasks due to their ability to capture long-term dependencies and model high-dimensional states. However, diffusion

What is a proper graph Laplacian? An operator-theoretic framework for graph diffusion
We introduce an operator-theoretic definition of a proper graph Laplacian as any matrix associated with a given graph that can be expressed as the composition of a divergence and a gradient operator, with the gradient acting between graph-related spaces ...

The ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy as guardians of the cellular proteome
This Perspective covers the three principles governing the crosstalk between the ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy in cellular proteostasis: (1) a shared ubiquitin code routing substrates via shuttle factors or autophagy receptors; (2) spatial compartmentalization into phase‐separated degradation hubs and organelle‐specific modules (exemplified

Enhanced quantum signature scheme using quantum amplitude amplification operators.
Quantum signature is the use of the principles of quantum computing to establish a trusted communication between two parties. In this paper, a quantum signature scheme using amplitude amplification techniques will be proposed.

Electron transfer between complexes III and IV in S. cerevisiae mitochondrial membranes
Mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation in S. cerevisiae mitoplasts is limited by complex IV catalytic capacity, rather than two‐dimensional cytochrome c diffusion. At physiological cytochrome c : supercomplex ratios at salinity equivalent to that of 20 mm monovalent salt, activity is maximized, indicating that this low ionic strength accurately mimics
