Jeytun Digital Elevation Model

open access: yes, 2019
The data was collected from Jeytun (Jeitun, Jeytūn, ДЖЕЙТУ́Н, Чакмакдаш-Бейик), one of the key sites of the early agricultural culture located along the foothills of the Kopet Dag, not far from Ashgabat – the capital of Turkmenistan.

Real‐World Safety and Effectiveness of JAK Inhibitors in Systemic Sclerosis: A Propensity‐Matched Study from the EUSTAR Cohort

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objective JAK inhibitors (JAKis) have shown promising effects in early‐phase studies of SSc. We aimed to assess the safety and explore effectiveness of JAKis compared to conventional immunosuppressants in SSc. Methods A longitudinal retrospective study of the EUSTAR cohort was performed.

Experimental Evaluation of 100Cr6 Steel Microindented Surfaces Under Lubricated Nonconformal Point Contacts

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
The tribological behavior of 100Cr6 steel spheres textured via Vickers microindentation is evaluated under lubricated sliding by varying both dimple size and density. Fine and dense textures significantly reduce friction across all lubrication regimes, while large dimples increase it.

Mapping Terrestrial Impact Craters with the TanDEM-X Digital Elevation Model

open access: yes, 2013
The TanDEM-X mission generates a global digital elevation model (DEM) with unprecedented properties. We use it for mapping confirmed terrestrial impact craters as listed in the Earth Impact Database.

Multibaseline Gradient Ambiguity Resolution To Support Minimum Cost Flow Phase Unwrapping

open access: yes, 2010
The TanDEM-X Mission has as primary objective to generate a high resolution global Digital Elevation Model. This paper proposes a new method for multibaseline Phase Unwrapping which is the critical point of this generation.

Innovative Processing of Compacted Waste Aluminum Alloy Powders via Controlled Remelting and Solidification

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates an efficient recycling route for out‐of‐spec AlSi10Mg atomized powders through compaction and arc remelting followed by suction casting. By correlating compaction load, cooling rate, and resulting microstructure, we show that intermediate pressures (50–80 kN) and rapid cooling refine dendrites, reduce porosity, and enhance ...

Removing Oxide Layers and Retaining Oxide‐Free Steel Surfaces by Polishing in Oxygen‐Free Atmosphere

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, the efficacy of wet mechanical polishing under an oxygen‐free atmosphere for deoxidation and the retention of an oxide‐free steel surface are elucidated using X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The methodology proved successful; however, the results were highly dependent on the preparation of the solvents used to clean the samples after ...

Specialization of the Geomorphometric Concepts in Digital Elevation Models.

open access: yesInt. J. Comb. Optim. Probl. Informatics, 2012
"According to the perception that subjects have about geographic objects, people can evaluate their proximity. The answers to the question if a geographic object is near other will be different according to the environment that the objects belong to. Also, when we consider geographic objects that do not have well defined boundaries, the perceptions of ...
