The reproducibility gap in graph neural network workflows for cell dynamics: A checklist‐driven case study

open access: yesJournal of Microscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract As part of a Global BioImage Analysts' Society (GloBIAS) initiative, we evaluated the reproducibility of a Graph Neural Network (GNN) study on cell dynamics using structured, community‐developed checklists from the Quality Assessment and Reproducibility for Instruments and Images in Light Microscopy (QUAREP‐LiMi) initiative.

Phenotypic integration and the organization of discrete facial variation

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
Integration patterns shape the prevalence of discrete facial trait combinations. Abstract Facial morphology results from coordinated developmental and evolutionary processes that produce structured patterns of covariation among traits. Therefore, individual faces reflect integrated anatomical configurations rather than collections of isolated traits ...

The impact of footwear on human talar trabecular architecture

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
Medial and lateral views of the human foot skeleton in the shod and unshod groups, with color maps representing mean relative trabecular bone volume fraction (rBV/TV) in the talus for each group. The shod group exhibited greater rBV/TV in the medial and posterior talus, whereas the unshod group had greater rBV/TV in the talar head and neck.

How Well Do We Know How Others See Us? A Systematic Review of Meta‐Accuracy Across Relational Contexts, Research Foci, Attribute Domains, and Measurement Approaches

open access: yesJournal of Personality, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Meta‐accuracy, the degree to which individuals accurately infer how others perceive them, is fundamental to social interactions. Yet the field draws on diverse methods across disciplines, and variation in conceptualizations and approaches has not been systematically captured.

An Empirically Based, Recovery‐Orientated Framework for Safety Planning Interventions for Suicide Prevention: An Integrative Literature Review and Critical Meta‐Autoethnographic Synthesis

open access: yesJournal of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Safety planning interventions are increasingly used in suicide prevention, yet their design and delivery often lack alignment with personal recovery principles. Aim To explore with lived experience, empirical literature on safety planning for suicide prevention and examine the relationship between change mechanisms and personal ...
