Computerized digitizing technique for DLTS measurements

An enhanced version of an algorithm developed by Maguire and Marshall in their computerized DLTS system is presented. Improvements consist of introducing analysis of partial processing of digitized transients by deleting the initial part, which usually includes the loading transient caused by the measurement circuit RC constant.

Digital bus faults measuring techniques

This paper describes techniques available today to detect digital bus faults on electronic PCB's using in-circuit testers. The paper will also suggest a new test technique called "CLIPS" developed using a Teradyne Z1890 ICT tester. The CLIPS uses a vector technique in which dynamic pulses are applied to the bus lines at high speed.

Digital lock-in technique for measurement of polarization of radiation

A highly versatile polarimeter has been constructed for determining all the Stokes parameters for a beam of radiation. Polarization measurements are performed using digital lock-in techniques by replacing the linear retardation plate with an electro-optic crystal, which can be externally modulated.
