An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

LEO Satellite Beam Hopping for Power Consumption Minimization at Different Elevation Angles
Low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite communication promises to bridge the digital divide. As satellite payload is limited, methods such as beam hopping techniques are necessary to ensure that the scarce resources are used efficiently. Current literature lacks

Influence of major mergers on the radio emission of elliptical galaxies
We investigate the influence of major mergers on the radio emission of elliptical galaxies. We use a complete sample of close pairs, which contains 475 merging and 1828 non-merging paired elliptical galaxies of ...

The triggering probability of radio-loud AGN: A comparison of high and low excitation radio galaxies in hosts of different colors [PDF]
Low luminosity radio-loud active galactic nuclei (AGN) are generally found in massive red elliptical galaxies, where they are thought to be powered through gas accretion from their surrounding hot halos in a radiatively inefficient manner.
