Objective Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) use in limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) is relatively uncommon due to the lower fibrotic burden and the predominance of the vascular complications. To investigate the outcomes of digital nerve repairs using processed nerve allograft for defects measuring 30 mm or less.Seventeen patients with 21 digital nerve lacerations in the hand underwent reconstruction with processed nerve allograft. Three dimensional tracking of gold nanoparticles using digital holographic microscopy
In this paper we present a digital holographic microscope to track gold colloids in three dimensions. We report observations of 100nm gold particles in motion in water. The expected signal and the chosen method of reconstruction are described.
