Fractional Skyrmion Tubes in Chiral‐Interfaced 3D Magnetic Nanowires
In chiral 3D helical magnetic nanowires, the coupling between the geometric and magnetic chirality provides a way to create topological spin states like vortex tubes. Here, it is demonstrated how the breaking of this coupling in interfaced 3D nanowires of opposite chirality leads to even more complex topological spin states, such as fractional ...

Tunable Thermoshrinkable Hydrogels for 4D Fabrication of Cell‐Seeded Channels
A thermoresponsive polymer with methacrylate groups for photo‐cross‐linking, based on polyethylene glycol, N‐isopropylacrylamide, and 2‐hydroxyethyl acrylate is synthetized to yield hydrogels that shrink upon temperature increase. The new polymer enables the fabrication of cell‐laden perfusable channels with diameters below 200 µm by combining ...

Stateful Hash-Based Signature (SHBS) Benchmark Data for XMSS and LMS [PDF]
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has recommended the use of stateful hash-based digital signatures for long-term applications that may require protection from future threats that use quantum computers. XMSS and LMS, the two approved algorithms, have multiple parameter options that impact digital signature size, public key size,

Ternary Transistors With Reconfigurable Polarities
Polarity‐reconfigurable ternary transistors are demonstrated using black phosphorus homojunction with asymmetric contacts and split‐gate structures. Suppression of majority carrier injection, while Fowler–Nordheim tunneling of low‐density minority carriers persists, enables a well‐defined intermediate state with improved on/off ratios.

The coherent heterostructure and the strong stress field at the heterointerface upshift the d‐band center of vanadium toward the Fermi level, which effectively lowers the Na+ diffusion barrier, facilitates charge transfer and accelerates reaction kinetics.
