In Situ Study of Resistive Switching in a Nitride‐Based Memristive Device
In situ TEM biasing experiment demonstrates the volatile I‐V characteristic of MIM lamella device. In situ STEM‐EELS Ti L2/L3 ratio maps provide direct evidence of the oxygen vacancies migrations under positive/negative electrical bias, which is critical for revealing the RS mechanism for the MIM lamella device.

A minimally invasive, transepithelial corneal cross‐linking (TE‐CXL) approach is presented using upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs)‐loaded contact lenses (UCLs), after topical delivery of hyaluronate–riboflavin conjugates. The NIR‐to‐UV/blue light conversion by UCNPs in a UCL can activate riboflavin for TE‐CXL, resulting in the biomechanical strength ...

A bimetallic Mn–Ca nanoreactor (MCC) is developed as a non‐nucleotide STING nanoagonist for cancer metalloimmunotherapy. MCC induces Ca2+ overload and hydroxyl radical generation, resulting in mitochondrial damage and mtDNA release. The released mtDNA cooperates with Mn2+ to robustly activate cGAS–STING signaling.

Controlled laser‐drilling of embedded HfO2 membranes creates three layer nanopores with Gaussian‐shaped cavities sculptured in the supporting layers. These embedded solid‐state nanopores slow DNA translocation by 12‐fold compared to SiNx pores, enabling high‐resolution, label‐free detection of short DNAs, RNAs, and proteins.

Digital system simulation: methodologies and examples
Proceedings 1998 Design and Automation Conference. 35th DAC. (Cat. No.98CH36175), 1998Two major trends in the digital design industry are the increase insystem complexity and the increasing importance of short designtimes. The rise in design complexity is motivated by consumerdemand for higher performance products as well as increases inintegration density which allow more functionality to be placed ona single chip.

A Digital Drift Chamber Digitizer System
IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science, 1979A digital drift chamber digitizer system has been developed for use in a PEP experiment. The system is packaged 8 channels to a # 1 CAMAC module, and features real time digitization, 5 ns time binning, automatic data compression, and access to wire hit information for use by an external fast trigger processor.

Publisher Summary A control system consists of two main parts. One is the object being controlled, often referred to as the plant, and the other is the controller. With the plant, it is possible to identify certain outputs, which are variables to be controlled and certain control inputs, which are variables to be manipulated, so as to achieve the ...
