Simultaneous Dual‐Plasticity Organic Synaptic Transistor for Neuromorphic Computing
Advanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 1, 7 January 2026.This study presents a DNTT‐based organic field‐effect transistor that demonstrates synaptic plasticity under optical stimulation. The device simultaneously implements both short‐term and long‐term plasticity mechanisms, enabling simultaneous working memory and persistent information storage functions, with enhancement exceeding 10 000%.
