Twin Crystal Moiré Metasurfaces for Crossing Flat‐Band Transport
This study introduces twin crystal moiré metasurfaces, breaking in‐plane symmetry to enable reconfigurable acoustic wave manipulation. By adjusting the twin angle and interlayer twist angle, various combinations of hyperbolic, flat bands, and elliptic states can be synthesized in the system.

Digital fixed points, approximate fixed points, and universal functions
A. Rosenfeld [23] introduced the notion of a digitally continuous function between digital images, and showed that although digital images need not have fixed point properties analogous to those of the Euclidean spaces modeled by the images, there often ...

Low‐Profile, High‐Gain GRIN RF Lenses via Multi‐Material Vat Photopolymerization
We investigate the opportunity of leveraging multi‐material vat photopolymerization printing to manufacture intricate lenses exhibiting permittivity gradients that can increase signal gain in transmitted radiofrequency signals in the X‐ and Ku‐bands. Lenses produced with more distinct low‐loss materials (up to 5) can deliver an 18 dB signal gain with a

Review of Thermally Activated Twisted Coiled Polymer Actuators: A Materials Science Perspective
Thermally activated twisted and coiled polymer actuators (TCPAs) combine lightweight design, large deformation, and scalable fabrication for soft robotic and wearable applications. This review connects polymer structure, processing history, helix geometry, and thermomechanical characterization to actuator performance, highlighting current challenges in

Topological structuring of the digital plane [PDF]
Combinatorics We discuss an Alexandroff topology on ℤ2 having the property that its quotient topologies include the Khalimsky and Marcus-Wyse topologies. We introduce a further quotient topology and prove a Jordan curve theorem for it.

This systematic review quantitatively compares conventional mechanical stimulation strategies in cartilage tissue engineering across 85 heterogeneous in vitro studies. Applying standardized effect measures, meta‐analysis reveals that combined compression and shear loading optimally promotes cartilage matrix development.

Digital quotient spaces and digital quotient maps
In this paper we give the definitions of digital quotient space as well as digital quotient map. We also show some propositions about digital quotient maps and show that the subdivision projection is also a digital quotient map.

This documents describes a set of classes to integrate digital topology in the Insight Toolkit, with an application to homotopic thinning. The skeletonization filter implemented using our set of classes is twice as fast as BinaryThinningImageFilter and can be used on images of any dimension.

A Unified Topological Framework for Digital Imaging [PDF]
In this article, a tractable modus operandi is proposed to model a (binary) digital image (i.e., an image defined on Zn and equipped with a standard pair of adjacencies) as an image defined in the space of cubical complexes (Fn). In particular, it is shown that all the standard pairs of adjacencies in Zn can then be correctly modelled in Fn.
