Momentary Digital Disconnection and Well-Being
2022The goal of the present study is to address how digital disconnection in everyday life affects well-being. We aim to apply a short-term intensive longitudinal design to explore momentary effects of disconnecting on well-being, as well as the potentially moderating effect of self-determination.
