In the TALENTs trial, 19‐week exogenous nucleotide supplementation produced UA‐PRS‐dependent anti‐aging responses: reduced DNA methylation age in High‐PRS individuals and preserved telomere length with improved immune–inflammatory profiles in Low‐PRS individuals, supporting precision nutrition for healthy aging.

Water sorption of dental resin composites: Is a new method the future?
Abstract Intraoral, diffusion‐controlled water sorption leads to dimensional expansion and mechanical degradation over time. Measurement of small quantities of water in dental resin composites (RCs) is challenging, as current techniques rely on weighing approaches. Here, we evaluate Karl‐Fischer Titration (KFT) and thermogravimetry (TG) as alternatives

ABSTRACT Microbial mats and microbialites are common in modern and ancient saline lacustrine environments and are highly responsive to biological and environmental factors. As such, they represent important sources of high‐resolution environmental data across a wide range of geological time. Nonetheless, interpretation of fossil mats is non‐trivial due

Dissecting hypertonicity‐ and NFAT5‐dependent gene expression programs in mpkCCD cells
Abstract The corticomedullary osmotic gradient between renal cortex and medulla induces a specific spatial gene expression pattern. The factors controlling these differences have not been fully addressed. A hypertonic environment leads to the activation of nuclear factor of activated T‐cells 5 (NFAT5), which regulates the expression of osmoprotective ...
