Comparative Effectiveness and Safety of Inebilizumab Versus Rituximab in AQP4‐IgG‐Positive NMOSD
ABSTRACT Objective Rituximab (anti‐CD20, RTX) and inebilizumab (anti‐CD19, INE) represent B‐cell‐depleting therapies used for aquaporin‐4 antibody‐positive (AQP4‐IgG+) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD); however, direct comparative evidence remains limited.

ABSTRACT Objective To determine whether integration of serum neurofilament light chain (NfL) and cortical dysfunction improves diagnostic accuracy in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) when applied alongside the Gold Coast criteria (GCC). Methods In this prospective study, 148 participants with suspected ALS were recruited (101 ALS and 47 with ALS ...

A proof of Nielsen's conjecture on the GPS dilution of precision
The dilution of precision terms for relative positioning are bounded from above by the corresponding dilution of precision terms for point positioning. This result is proven for the case of four satellites and conjectured to be valid for the case of more than four satellites. A proof of this conjecture is given.

Objective To explore whether higher body fat and lower lean mass are associated with greater pain and worse patient‐reported physical function in individuals with hip osteoarthritis (OA). A secondary aim was to examine whether pain and patient‐reported physical function differ according to four body composition profiles: high body fat, low lean mass ...
