Mesenchymal Stem Cells‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles Mimetics as Osteoinductive Mediators for Bone Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Mesenchymal stem cell‐derived nanoghosts (MSC‐NGs) mimic naturally secreted extracellular vesicles (MSC‐EVs) in structure and physicochemical properties but can be synthesized at more translatable yields. As osteogenic agents, MSC‐NGs demonstrate superior outcomes compared to MSC‐EVs.

Closed‐Loop Recyclable High‐Performance Aerogels Derived from Polystyrene

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Upcycling of commercial polystyrene waste into closed‐loop recyclable high‐performance aerogels is presented. These PSAs are made from aminated PS waste using a dialdehyde crosslinker. The PSAs are highly porous, thermally superinsulating, and intrinsically hydrophobic.

Electric Pulse Regulated MXene Based Nanozymes for Integrative Bioelectricity Immuno‐Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
MXenzyme‐mediated bioelectricity cancer therapy (MXenzyme‐BECT) enhances cancer cell death through irreversible depolarization, ion channel disruption, ROS generation, and immunogenic cell death. Computational simulations reveal the electrical mechanisms by which MXenzyme acts on single cells and support to predict treatment parameters. Next‐generation

Edge Metric Dimension of Silicate Networks [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Metric dimension is an essential parameter in graph theory that aids in addressing issues pertaining to information retrieval, localization, network design, and chemistry through the identification of the least possible number of elements necessary to identify the distances between vertices in a graph uniquely. A variant of metric dimension, called the

The two upper critical dimensions of the Ising and Potts models

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We derive the exact actions of the Q-state Potts model valid on any graph, first for the spin degrees of freedom, and second for the Fortuin-Kasteleyn clusters. In both cases the field is a traceless Q-component scalar field Φ α . For the Ising model (Q =

Advances in Radiative Heat Transfer: Bridging Far‐Field Fundamentals and Emerging Near‐Field Innovations

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review synthesizes the evolution of radiative heat transfer, emphasizing the transition from far‐field to near‐field regimes. Traditional frameworks, such as Planck's law, are revisited alongside modern innovations like fluctuational electrodynamics. Applications span nanoscale thermal management, energy harvesting, and thermophotovoltaic systems.
