Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Transient receptor potential melastatin‐4 (TRPM4) is overexpressed in prostate cancer (PCa). Knockout of TRPM4 resulted in reduced PCa tumor spheroid size and decreased PCa tumor spheroid outgrowth. In addition, lack of TRPM4 increased cell death in PCa tumor spheroids.

J. Phys. A {\bf 35}, 9037 (2002), 2002 We study the tapping dynamics of a one dimensional Ising model with symmetric kinetic constraints. We define and test a variant of the Edwards hypothesis that one may build a thermodynamics for the steady state by using a flat measure over the metastable states with several macroscopic quantities fixed.
