Chemical Self Assembly of Graphene Sheets [PDF]
Chemically derived graphene sheets were found to self-assemble onto patterned gold structures via electrostatic interactions between noncovalent functional groups on GS and gold. This afforded regular arrays of single graphene sheets on large substrates,

The image shows a schematic form a nanobody‐conjugated theranostic prodrug (NBD) platform targeting tumor‐associated αvβ3 integrin. The NBD system integrates selective nanobody‐mediated tumor recognition, glutathione‐responsive disulfide cleavage for doxorubicin release, and aza‐BODIPY‐based near‐infrared fluorescence for real‐time imaging.

1-(2,6-Dichlorobenzoyl)-3-(3-nitrophenyl)thiourea dimethylformamide solvate
In the title compound, C14H9Cl2N3O3S·C3H7NO, the two aromatic rings enclose a dihedral angle of 32.93 (12)°. The thiourea molecule exists in its thione form in the solid state with typical C=S and C—N bond lengths ...

A novel dimethylformamide (DMF) free bar-cast method to deposit organolead perovskite thin films with improved stability [PDF]
We report a solvent-free approach to synthesizing organolead perovskites by using solid state reactions to coat perovskite crystals onto Al2O3 or TiO2 nanoparticles followed by addition of terpineol affording perovskite inks.

Deployable medical devices typically need external stimuli to trigger deployment. However, external stimuli are difficult to supply within tissues. Here, we describe a strategy to deploy small‐scale structures into soft tissues after insertion without the need for any stimulus. We demonstrate deployment within a tissue phantom.

Solubility, stability, and electrochemical studies of sulfur-sulfide solutions in organic solvents [PDF]
A preliminary study of the sulfur electrode in organic solvents suggests that the system warrants further investigation for use in a low temperature (100 deg to 120 C) Na-S secondary battery.

On the characterization of NaDEHP/n-heptane nonaqueous reverse micelles: The effect of the polar solvent [PDF]
The behavior of two polar solvents, ethylene glycol (EG) and dimethylformamide (DMF), entrapped in sodium bis-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (NaDEHP)/n-heptane reverse micelles (RMs) was investigated using dynamic light scattering (DLS), molecular probe ...
