Chaperone‐Mediated Autophagic Degradation of USP9X in Macrophages Exacerbates Postmyocardial Infarction Inflammation and Cardiac Dysfunction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that inflammatory stimuli induce the acetylation‐triggered, chaperone‐mediated autophagic degradation of ubiquitin‐specific peptidase 9 X‐linked (USP9X) in macrophages. USP9X acts as a macrophage “inflammation switch” after myocardial infarction (MI). USP9X loss destabilizes tumor necrosis factor receptor‐associated factor (TRAF)

Ce‐Doped Lignin‐Based Nanozyme with Heat‐Activated Hydrolase Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel Ce‐doped lignin‐based hydrolase nanozyme (Ce‐AL) is synthesized using Ce ions coordinated with aminated industrial lignin. The Ce‐AL effectively hydrolyzes phosphate ester bonds and protein amide bonds, maintain high activity at 100°C, and successfully fights bacteria biofilms.

Defect Dynamics and Solution‐Processed Interconnects in Perovskite‐Organic Tandem Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, we identify the underlying cause of efficiency losses in WBG perovskites, which is ascribed to the presence of mobile defects distributed at surface regions. We further employ effective passivation agent with functional chemical groups to facilitate the healing of the mobile defects, thereby enhancing the VOC to 1.35 V and champion ...

A Microfiber‐Reinforced Janus Hydrogel E‐Skin With Recyclable Feature for Multimodal Sensing and Gender‐Specific Physiological Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hydrogel‐based wearable electronics hold great promise for physiological monitoring in privacy‐sensitive regions. In this study, a polyurethane (PU) microfiber‐reinforced gelatin hydrogel e‐skin is developed, boasting multiple advantages such as ultra‐thinness, high toughness, and long‐term skin conformability.
