The tested samples were water extract, ethanol extract, n-hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, and water fraction of longan leaf.

2000Longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.) belongs to Sapindaceae family, and is one of the important tropical/subtropical woody fruit trees. The number of chromosomes is 2n=2x=30. Longan trees are usually 6–10 meters tall, however, many grow in wilderness up to 40 meters with a trunk diameter of up to one meter.
