Bu çalışmada ülkemiz tarımında sıklıkla kullanılan pestisitlerden, dichlorvos ve dinitrocresolun sıçanların karaciğer dokusunda hekzokinaz ve laktat dehidrogenaz enzim aktivitelerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Dinitrocresolun 2.8 mg.kg?1 ve dichlorvosun 4 mg.kg?1 dozu sıçanlara intraperitonal olarak uygulanmıştır.

In this study, the effects of dichlorvos and dinitrocresol which are the common using pesticides in agriculture of our country, on hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase enzymes in liver tissue were investigated. 2.8 mg.kg–1 of dinitrocresol and 4 mg.kg–1 of dichlorvos dose were applied to rats by using intraperitoneally injection.
