Neonatal hyphema in precipitous delivery with dinoprostone
Journal of American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, 2003Few cases of isolated hyphema in the newborn have been reported. Spontaneous hyphema in a neonate has been associated with juvenile xanthogranuloma, leukaemia, and retinoblastoma. We report a case and review the literature of neonatal hyphema associated with precipitous vaginal delivery induced with dinoprostone.
