Order Laevicaudata Linder, 1945 Family Lynceidae Baird, 1845. A species belonging to Lynceidae was reported from outskirts of Pune city, Maharashtra for the first time by Padhye et al. (2011b) but the authors could not confirm the species status. We now confirm this species to be Lynceus alleppeyensis Balaraman & Nayar 2004 which has been described ...

A new species of Eulimnadia (Crustacea; Branchiopoda; Diplostraca; Spinicaudata) from North America
Zootaxa, 2010Eulimnadia graniticola n. sp. from Stone Mountain, Georgia, and the Florida Keys, USA, is defined primarily on molecular characters and egg morphology. Ecological, reproductive and life history data are provided. This species is the second species of branchiopod crustacean reported from Stone Mountain more closely related to the South American fauna ...

Abstract New invertebrate records from the Lower Cretaceous Las Hoyas site (La Huerguina Formation, Iberian Range, Spain) are here described, among them, the first record of clam shrimps from this unit. This fauna includes a new afrograptid, Lahuerguinagrapta multicostata gen. et sp.

AN UPDATED PHYLOGENY OF THE CONCHOSTRACA — CLADOCERA CLADE (BRANCHIOPODA, DIPLOSTRACA)
Crustaceana, 2000[An updated phylogenetic analysis of the Conchostraca and Cladocera (Branchiopoda, Diplostraca) is presented in response to a recently published critique of Olesen (1998). Some errors are corrected and some scorings are modified. Practically all earlier conclusions are supported.

Abstract Estimates of the prevalence of dead zooplankton are increasingly necessary in marine ecological studies. We aimed to identify the relative proportions of live/dead individuals of three of the historically most abundant taxa of zooplankton in Magdalena Bay, Mexico: copepods, decapods, and diplostracans.

Here we attempt to clarify a faunistic composition of branchiopods from southern Tajikistan and the southern part of the Tajik Pamir Plateau (Central Asia) based on samples collected from June 24 to July 6, 2023. In total, 19 species of branchiopods were identified from plain West and South Tajikistan, and 27 species were recorded in Tajik Pamir.
