DIRAC OPERATORS ON QUANTUM-TWO SPHERES [PDF]
We investigate the spin-1/2 fermions on quantum-two spheres. It is shown that the wave functions of fermions and a Dirac operator on quantum-two spheres can be constructed in a manifestly covariant way under the quantum group SU (2)q. The concept of total angular momentum and chirality can be expressed by using q-analog of Pauli-matrices and ...

Broadband, Flexible, Skin‐Compatible Carbon Dots/Graphene Photodetectors for Wearable Applications
Broadband, flexible photodetectors integrating nitrogen‐rich carbon dots with single‐layer graphene on plastic substrates are demonstrated. A biocompatible chitosan–glycerol electrolyte enables efficient low‐voltage gating and on‐skin operation. The devices exhibit ultraviolet‐to‐near‐infrared response, mechanical robustness under bending, and verified

Infrared Nanocrystals for Space Application: Hardness to Irradiations
This article investigates infrared HgTe nanocrystals under X‐ray and ion irradiation, revealing remarkable radiation hardness. It uncovers distinct degradation mechanisms and shows that the nanomaterial outperforms integrated electronics. The results position colloidal nanocrystals as promising candidates for resilient space and harsh‐environment ...

Exact pseudofermion action for Monte Carlo simulation of domain-wall fermion
We present an exact pseudofermion action for hybrid Monte Carlo simulation (HMC) of one-flavor domain-wall fermion (DWF), with the effective 4-dimensional Dirac operator equal to the optimal rational approximation of the overlap-Dirac operator with ...

Determinant and Weyl anomaly of the Dirac operator: a holographic derivation [PDF]
We present a holographic formula relating functional determinants: the fermion determinant in the one-loop effective action of bulk spinors in an asymptotically locally AdS background and the determinant of the two-point function of the dual operator at ...

Twisted Reality Condition for Dirac Operators [PDF]
Motivated by examples obtained from conformal deformations of spectral triples and a spectral triple construction on quantum cones we propose a new twisted reality condition for the Dirac operator.

Boundary Value Problems for the Perturbed Dirac Equation
The perturbed Dirac operators yield a factorization for the well-known Helmholtz equation. In this paper, using the fundamental solution for the perturbed Dirac operator, we define Cauchy-type integral operators (singular integral operators with a Cauchy

Unification of Gravity and Yang-Mills-Higgs Gauge Theories [PDF]
In this letter we show how the action functional of the standard model and of gravity can be derived from a specific Dirac operator. Far from being exotic this particular Dirac operator turns out to be structurally determined by the Yukawa coupling term.
