Quantum oscillations from Fermi arc surface states in Cd_{3}As_{2} submicron wires
Topological materials such as topological insulators and Weyl/Dirac semimetals possess topologically protected surface states giving birth to various unique phenomena and functionaries.

2D Nanomaterials Toward Function‐Ready Superlubricity in Advanced Microsystems
A unified framework links structural and transformation superlubricity with microsystem functions and deployment requirements. Mechanisms, device architectures, integration strategies, AI‐guided discovery, and benchmarking protocols are connected to define function‐ready superlubricity in advanced microsystems.

Modular forms in the spectral action of Bianchi IX gravitational instantons
We prove a modularity property for the heat kernel and the Seeley-deWitt coefficients of the heat kernel expansion for the Dirac-Laplacian on the Bianchi IX gravitational instantons.

A generalized description of entanglement and quantum correlation properties constraining internal degrees of freedom of Dirac(-like) structures driven by arbitrary Poincar\'e classes of external field potentials is proposed. The role of (pseudo)scalar, (

Correlated Charge Transport in an Organic Coulomb Glass
ABSTRACT Advances in the development of organic field‐effect transistors (OFETs), electrically gated organic semiconductors (EGOFETs), and organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) allow for the operation of these devices at very high charge‐carrier densities, where Coulomb interactions between carriers can be expected to become significant.

The Dirac oscillator, generalised parastatistics and colour Lie superalgebras
We study the Dirac oscillator in one, two and three spatial dimensions, showing that the corresponding ladder operators realise the Z2×Z2-graded Lie superalgebras pso(3|2), pso(3|4) and osp01(1|2)⊕sl10(1|1).

The electronic properties of graphene may be changed from semimetallic to semiconducting by introducing perforations (antidots) in a periodic pattern. The properties of such graphene antidot lattices (GALs) have previously been studied using atomistic ...

This article explores how the integration of a thin shell, combined with optimized surface chemistry, enables the design of photodiodes based on short‐wave infrared HgTe nanocrystals. These photodiodes achieve an open‐circuit voltage greater than half the optical bandgap, which drastically reduces dark current. The article also explores the integration

Integrability and Reduction of Hamiltonian Actions on Dirac Manifolds [PDF]
For a Hamiltonian, proper and free action of a Lie group $G$ on a Dirac manifold $(M,L)$, with a regular moment map $\mu:M\to \mathfrak{g}^*$, the manifolds $M/G$, $\mu^{-1}(0)$ and $\mu^{-1}(0)/G$ all have natural induced Dirac structures. If $(M,L)$ is
