Estimation of the direct normal irradiance (DNI)
This work is framed in the context on the degree on Industrial Engineering technologies more specifically at the mention of industrial electronics coursed in the Public University of Navarre (UPNA). This recent study is developed in a program of practices in companies that the University offers for students that are coursing the last year of their ...

Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells offer efficiencies beyond 30%, yet conventional architectures face trade‐offs between optical performance and current matching. Three‐terminal tandems employing silicon back‐contact bottom cells eliminate the current‐matching constraint while minimizing optical losses, offering superior energy yield under real ...

Bipolar configuration is a new topology in the direct current (DC) system of photovoltaic power plants, which is topologically analogous to the bipolar configuration utilised in High‐Voltage Direct Current power transmission systems. DC cable length and copper usage are reduced by 50% using a bipolar configuration.

Influence of Structural and Environmental Parameters on Solar Air Collector Performance
Increasing air gap depth and mass flow rate significantly enhances the thermal performance of solar air collectors, with optimal performance achieved at an 8.5 cm air gap and 0.01318 kg/s mass flow rate. Air gap depth is identified as the dominant factor influencing system efficiency.
