Super connectivity of direct product of graphs
For a graph G , κ ( G ) denotes its connectivity. A graph G is super connected , or simply super- κ , if every minimum separating set is the neighborhood of a vertex of G , that is, every minimum separating set isolates a vertex.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Independence Fractals of Graphs as Models in Architecture [PDF]
Architectural science requires interdisciplinary science interconnection in order to improve this science. Graph theory and geometrical fractal are two examples of branches of mathematics which have applications in architecture and design.

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Nonmedian Direct Products of Graphs with Loops
A \emph{median graph} is a connected graph in which, for every three vertices, there exists a unique vertex $m$ lying on the geodesic between any two of the given vertices. We show that the only median graphs of the direct product $G\times H$ are formed when $G=P_k$, for any integer $k\geq 3$ and $H=P_l$, for any integer $l\geq 2$, with a loop at an ...
