A Simplified Direct-Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) Multi-User Interference Variance Estimator
Fourth IEEE Workshop on Sensor Array and Multichannel Processing, 2006., 2006In the literature many approaches have been reported for calculation of the multi-user interference variance in a direct-sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) system. These approaches are very complicated. In this paper a simplified approach for calculation of the DSSS multi-user interference variance is presented.

This paper presented an enhanced of SINR based on serving and neighboring path loss to mitigate co-channel interference by using DSSS technique in LTE-Wi-Fi network. The proposed technique is the continuity from the earlier work which enhanced the DSSS with new coefficient: chip rate coefficient and radius fraction coefficient.

The goal of this paper is to analyze the effect of nonlinearities on the performance of direct-sequence spread spectrum systems in the context of electromagnetically diverse applications. Inter-modulation products due to nonlinear amplification are analyzed and the effect of nonlinearities is illustrated by means of a computer simulation result.
