Compressive detection of direct sequence spread spectrum signals
In spread spectrum (SS) communications, the input signal is spread over a wider bandwidth to avoid interference or interception. One of the most common SS techniques is direct sequence SS (DSSS).

This paper presented an enhanced of SINR based on serving and neighboring path loss to mitigate co-channel interference by using DSSS technique in LTE-Wi-Fi network. The proposed technique is the continuity from the earlier work which enhanced the DSSS with new coefficient: chip rate coefficient and radius fraction coefficient.

Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) Baseband Transmitter
2016As today’s mixed signal chips often require both digital and analog system components on the same substrate, an interesting area of application for silicon nanowire technology is to build a Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) baseband transmitter.

Prediction error filter (PEF) design for narrowband interference (NBI) excision is examined for a hopped direct-sequence spread-spectrum system. The PEF is obtained by application of the Levinson Durbin algorithm (LDA). Several enhancements are utilized: unbiased autocorrelation estimation and normalization.

The goal of this paper is to analyze the effect of nonlinearities on the performance of direct-sequence spread spectrum systems in the context of electromagnetically diverse applications. Inter-modulation products due to nonlinear amplification are analyzed and the effect of nonlinearities is illustrated by means of a computer simulation result.
