DSP-Based Direct Torque Control (DTC) of Five-Phase Induction Motors
This paper presents a fully digital direct torque control (DTC) scheme for a five-phase induction motor based on a 32-bit floating-point TMS320C32 Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The similarities and differences of DTC of the five-phase and three-phase induction motors are analyzed and investigated.

This paper introduces the design of a fuzzy logic controller in conjunction with direct torque control strategy for a Permanent Magnet synchronous machine.
