An enhanced expanding and shift sparse array based on the coprime array and nested array
In recent years, sparse arrays based on the fourth‐order difference coarray (FODCA) have received increased research attention due to their small number of array elements and large consecutive virtual arrays.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Underdetermined direction-of-arrival estimation using super nested array
Among various sparse-arrays, super nested array (SNA) is found to be more attractive because it can achieve large degrees-of-freedom (DOFs) and alleviate the mutual coupling. This article address the problem of direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation under

Direction-of-arrival estimation for constant modulus signals
In many cases where direction finding is of interest, the signals impinging on an antenna array are known to be phase modulated and, hence, to have a constant modulus (CM). This is a strong property; by itself, it is already sufficient for source separation and can be used to construct improved direction finding algorithms. We first derive the relevant

Robust direction-of-arrival estimation in non-Gaussian noise [PDF]
In this correspondence, a nonlinearly weighted least-squares method is developed for robust modeling of sensor array data. Weighting functions for various observation noise scenarios are determined using maximum likelihood estimation theory ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Direction-of-Arrival Estimation via Coarray With Model Errors
Direction-of-Arrival (DoA) estimation with Coarray can resolve O(N2) sources via only O(N) physical sensor elements. When it comes to model errors, i.e., manual coupling, gain and/or phase errors, and sensor location errors, whether Coarray is still ...

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.

The sparse Bayesian learning (SBL) algorithm has demonstrated its advantage in the direction of arrival (DOA) estimation. However, it requires a lot of computational cost to iteratively estimate the SBL hyperparameters from measurement data.
