Time Series Domain Adaptation: A Review
This survey provides a comprehensive and systematic review of TSDA methods from the perspectives of access‐privacy constraints, category‐space semantics, and source‐target topology, three orthogonal axes that unify existing approaches within a common taxonomy.

Abstract The East/Japan Sea (EJS) is a semi‐enclosed marginal sea that has experienced rapid sea surface temperature (SST) warming exceeding 0.9°C since the 1980s, which has intensified the occurrence of marine heatwaves (MHWs). Its semi‐enclosed nature amplifies the influence of external climate forcing, making reliable projections of future SST and ...

The Role of Chlorate‐Driven Oxidative Weathering in Shaping Clay Deposits on Mars
Abstract Oxidized clays and the widespread Al/Si‐over‐Fe/Mg stratigraphy on Mars imply prolonged water‐rock interactions and efficient oxidative weathering despite the largely anoxic conditions of Early Mars when most deposits formed during the climate optimum.

Abstract The surface water and ocean topography (SWOT) satellite mission marks a major advance in observing ocean surface dynamics, providing sea surface height (SSH) measurements at unprecedented spatial resolution. Reconstructing gridded SSH fields from SWOT data requires new algorithms capable of retrieving measured fine‐scale variability, which is ...

Abstract The injection of CO2 into geological reservoirs can acidify the reservoir environment, leading to the dissolution of mineral grains and increasing the risk of CO2 leakage. A deeper understanding of these micro‐scale dissolution mechanisms is therefore essential for the safety of geological CO2 sequestration.

Abstract Tile drainage is widely adopted in the U.S. Midwest to manage excess soil water and sustain agricultural productivity, yet its impact on key water budget components—particularly evapotranspiration (ET)—remains insufficiently understood under varying drainage designs and climate conditions.

ABSTRACT Understanding virus occurrence and reduction at advanced treatment facilities for potable water reuse constitutes a high‐priority research need to protect human health and to enhance available water supply alternatives. The objectives were to (1) determine log reduction values (LRVs) of 15 viruses by advanced wastewater treatment; (2) evaluate

A higher rank shifted convolution problem with applications to L$L$‐functions
Abstract While several instances of shifted convolution problems for GL(3)×GL(2)${\rm GL}(3) \times {\rm GL}(2)$ have been solved, the case where one factor is the classical divisor function and one factor is a GL(3)${\rm GL}(3)$ Fourier coefficient has remained open. We solve this case in the present paper.

ABSTRACT Large deformations can become an important issue in induction heating applications, especially for structures with low bending stiffness, such as thin sheets. In such cases, thermal expansion induces not only substantial in‐plane stresses but also out‐of‐plane buckling, which in turn strongly influences the electromagnetic field configuration.
