This work introduces a molten‐salt methodology for the direct upcycling of spent low‐Ni LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 cathodes into high‐performance single‐crystal LiNi0.7Co0.1Mn0.2O2 cathodes. This strategy facilitates the tuning of microstructure and composition while overcoming feedstock limitations.
