Our study provides a comprehensive multi‐omics profile of aging, integrating proteomic, metabolomic, and metagenomic analyses across diverse tissues and plasma. We identified the synergistic amplification of the circulating complement system and tissue‐wide immunoglobulin accumulation as key molecular drivers of inflammaging.

Abstract Introduction Oral metolazone and intravenous (IV) chlorothiazide have comparable diuretic efficacy and safety, although IV chlorothiazide is significantly more expensive. The use of electronic health record (EHR)‐based choice architecture interventions on the efficient use of diuretics remains unexplored.

Relativistic Jets in Gamma-Ray-Emitting Narrow-Line Seyfert 1 Galaxies
Before the launch of the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope satellite only two classes of active galactic nuclei (AGN) were known to generate relativistic jets and thus to emit up to the γ -ray energy range: blazars and radio galaxies, both hosted

Multidrug resistant Pseudomonas (P.) aeruginosa is detected in many infected wounds and is challenging to treat with antibiotics. As an alternative, this work incorporates anti‐P. aeruginosa Neko phages into electrospun fibres to explore their potential for treating infected wounds.

ULTI-WAVELENGTH MONITORING OF THE CHANGING-LOOK AGN NGC 2617 DURING STATE CHANGES
Optical and near-infrared photometry, optical spectroscopy, and soft X-ray and UV monitoring of the changing-look active galactic nucleus NGC 2617 show that it continues to have the appearance of a type-1 Seyfert galaxy.

Can Stellar Discs in a Cosmological Setting Avoid Forming Strong Bars? [PDF]
We investigate the connection between the vertical structure of stellar discs and the formation of bars using high-resolution simulations of galaxies in isolation and in the cosmological context. In particular, we simulate a suite of isolated galaxy models that have the same Toomre Q parameter and swing amplification parameter but that differ in the ...

Misaligned Angular Momentum in Hydrodynamic Cosmological Simulations: Warps, Outer Discs, and Thick Discs [PDF]
We present a detailed analysis of a disc galaxy forming in a high-resolution fully cosmological simulation to investigate the nature of the outer regions of discs and their relevance for the disc formation process. Specifically, we focus on the phenomenon of misaligned disc components and find that the outer disc warp is a consequence of the ...

Science Triggers and Situational Interest in Everyday Family Life
ABSTRACT Interest in science is critical for science learning. The family plays a major role in supporting the development of children's interest in science by eliciting and fostering interest and engagement with science content and practice. This study characterizes triggers for interest in science in everyday family life and measures the duration of ...
