Developed a staging system for adjacent segment disease based on degeneration characteristics. Verified the feasibility and reliability of stage‐guided surgical decision‐making through surgical data, radiological data, and follow‐up data. This staging system was closely correlated with intervertebral disc degeneration and disc height while also ...

Thermoresponsive, redox-polymerized cellulosic hydrogels undergo in situ gelation and restore intervertebral disc biomechanics post discectomy [PDF]
Back and neck pain are commonly associated with intervertebral disc (IVD) degeneration. Structural augmentation of diseased nucleus pulposus (NP) tissue with biomaterials could restore degeneration-related IVD height loss and degraded biomechanical ...

A two‐incision MI‐TLIF showed comparable outcomes to the traditional four‐incision approach in single‐level patients. Excessive pursuit of smaller or fewer incisions demonstrated no significant short‐term advantage. Reduced exposure may still help minimize wound complications in vulnerable groups, warranting further targeted follow‐up.
