FISHGLOB: A collaborative infrastructure to bridge the gap between scientific monitoring and marine biodiversity conservation

FISHGLOB brings together experts in and users of fish monitoring data to support biodiversity research and conservation across oceans. Abstract Large‐scale biodiversity assessments and conservation applications require integrated and up‐to‐date datasets across regions. In the oceans, monitoring is fragmented, which affects knowledge exchange and usage.

Abstract In the context of massive rotator cuff tear, attempted repair—partial/complete—remains the standard of care. However, outcomes vary, and retear rates are high. The lower trapezius tendon transfer for posterosuperior irreparable rotator cuff tears provides active external rotation and shoulder abduction.

The Italian exclusion of farming enterprises from major insolvency proceedings: An assessment of its appropriateness within the European Union insolvency context

Abstract The article examines the Italian approach to farming enterprises' insolvency. In Italy, farmers were traditionally excluded from the application of insolvency proceedings regardless of their corporate status.
