Unilateral Retroauricular Milia en Plaque

ABSTRACT Milia en plaque is a rare benign condition characterized by clusters of keratin‐filled cysts within a plaque. A 57‐year‐old woman presented with classic, whitish papules embedded in plaque over the retro‐auricular area unilaterally. Dermoscopy supported the clinical diagnosis, obviating the need for biopsy.
