Navigating the Challenges of Rechargeable Aluminum Battery Research: Material Instabilities, Technical Hurdles, and Future Directions

open access: yesChemElectroChem, EarlyView.
This article reviews the different components of rechargeable aluminum batteries and explores the challenges in their development, focusing on those caused by the corrosivity of the electrolyte, such as material instabilities and technical limitations, and gives potential future directions. Strategies to overcoming these obstacles are discussed, paving

Chemoselective or Regioselective?

open access: yesChemistryEurope, EarlyView.
The current definitions of chemoselectivity and regioselectivity lack sufficient clarity and allow for the ambiguous labeling of reported reaction selectivities in some instances. This article proposes a rationale and simplified definitions of these terms that will facilitate an unambiguous description of the observed reaction selectivity.

Subordinate Felt Trust and Task Performance: A Two‐Study Test of the Self‐Determination Enhancement Pathway

open access: yesCanadian Journal of Administrative Sciences / Revue Canadienne des Sciences de l'Administration, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Research suggests employees are more productive when they feel their supervisor trusts them. However, the underlying processes that explain this relation are not well understood. We investigated whether self‐determination (a motivational construct) mediates the relation between felt trust and task performance.

Deep Phenotyping of the Broader Autism Phenotype in Epilepsy: A Transdiagnostic Marker of Epilepsy and Autism Spectrum Disorder

open access: yesAnnals of the Child Neurology Society, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective We conducted deep and minimal phenotyping of the broader autism phenotype (BAP) in people with epilepsy (PWE) and compared its expression with published rates in the general population and relatives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD‐relatives).
