A quantum algorithm for solving some discrete mathematical problems by probing their energy spectra
When a probe qubit is coupled to a quantum register that represents a physical system, the probe qubit will exhibit a dynamical response only when it is resonant with a transition in the system.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

The paper investigates how correlations can completely specify a uniformly discrete point process. The setting is that of uniformly discrete point sets in real space for which the corresponding dynamical hull is ergodic.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Celulární automat a CML systémy [PDF]
The main aim of this thesis is the study of cellular automata and discrete dynamical systems on a lattice. Both tools, cellular automata as well as dynamical systems on a lattice are introduced and elementary properties described.

ABSTRACT Objective To determine the concentration of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma in Alexander disease (AxD) and whether GFAP levels are predictive of disease phenotypes. Methods CSF and plasma were collected (longitudinally when available) from AxD participants and non‐AxD controls.

Chaos Synchronization of Nonlinear Fractional Discrete Dynamical Systems via Linear Control
By using a linear feedback control technique, we propose a chaos synchronization scheme for nonlinear fractional discrete dynamical systems. Then, we construct a novel 1-D fractional discrete income change system and a kind of novel 3-D fractional ...

Solvable model for discrete time crystal enforced by nonsymmorphic dynamical symmetry
Discrete time crystal is a class of nonequilibrium quantum systems exhibiting subharmonic responses to external periodic driving. Here we propose a class of discrete time crystals enforced by nonsymmorphic dynamical symmetry.

Electronically--implemented coupled logistic maps
The logistic map is a paradigmatic dynamical system originally conceived to model the discrete-time demographic growth of a population, which shockingly, shows that discrete chaos can emerge from trivial low-dimensional non-linear dynamics. In this work,
